About Us
The partners, Alan and Randy, met each other before a steel dart tournament here in Wichita. They got to know each other and Randy found that Alan’s passion for his hobby was over the top. He had catered several events that Randy attended and they ended up getting together and plans begun. In January of 2008, an attorney was hired to establish the LLC they would need to enter the business world. A contractor was hired after finding the great location and the remodeling begun.
Although Alan had been working in the food service industry for many years, he hadn’t run a restaurant and Randy had only eaten in restaurants. So, the learning curve was vertical. Many friends were made during the assembly of the business and its opening.
We hope that all the people that decide to dine with us will become our friends. It is our mission to provide the highest quality of all products and services. We make all of our own sauces, and sides, and our meats are smoked on a daily basis to insure freshness. We strive to keep our restaurant bright, clean and cheerful.
Come and meet Alan “Bubba” Leffew, who manages the restaurant on the day to day basis and be sure to tell him how you enjoyed your dining experience. He really does want to know. You may even run into Randy if you’re there at the perfect time.
